Description of the triangle 4 system

Introduction of the Open Cell : Triangle 4 : The Triangle 4 model is formed of triangular pre-paint aluminium strip ceiling, 4/10th thick, closed from the top, with a 4-mm base and height of 35 mm. These strip ceiling form panels of dimension 1200 x 600 mm fixed to steel support strip ceiling, pre-paint, black on both sides, located above the panels, by spring pins used for installation on a hidden frame.
The system offers a diverse range of options for integrating lights and sprinklers; the shape of the strip ceiling is designed to provide optimum air circulation for the ventilation or air-conditioning of premises.

The triangle 4 system : M-shaped steel support strip ceiling, pre-paint both sides, black, 2.40 m in length and 10/10th thick, spaced every 1,200 mm. Their horizontal part has holes for the passage and blocking of spring pins as well as 7-mm holes for passing 6-mm threaded rods.
Support strip ceiling are notched on both wings with the same pitch as the grid cell dimension so that each panel strip ceiling, which is also notched at both ends, is blocked in the supporting notch and firmly fixed in the latter by spring pins in order to obtain a perfect alignment between each panel. Support strip ceiling are aligned by fixing joint strip ceiling at the junction of two support strip ceiling.
The use of spring pins to fix panels means each individual panel can be fully and separately dismounted.
Panels can also be manufactured for installation on a T-15 or T-24 exposed frame.
